They do run a little small. I usually take a 9or 91/2 but I did need the 10 on these and they fit great! No break in time at all needed.

Our Mukluks and Moccasins fit true to size. Your Mukluks and Moccasins should feel snug when you first get them. Because of the natural materials used, they will stretch up to about half a size with wear to form a very comfortable, custom fit.

The products I received were made in China. Some people may not care about country of manufacture but, others will. Manitobah Mukluks said that they do manufacture these in China so they are legit.

Are mukluks waterproof?

Both styles of children’s mukluks are waterproof. All of our MUKLUKS are insulated with sheepskin footbeds and most are constructed with untreated suede which is porous (and not considered waterproof). These natural materials need to breathe in order to be effective in extreme cold.
